delivery terminal responsible for delivering the products.

Yes, most Lodeso delivery partners have repair personnel on staff.
For the rest, Lodeso has an agreement with a national repair company,
capable of performing these services in support of our home delivery services.

Is the order inspected for shipping damage?

Yes, each order is inspected for visible shipping damage at the
time the order arrives at the delivery terminal. If visible carton
damage has occurred, it is noted on the delivery Bill of Lading and
the contents are inspected. If there is damage to the contents, an
exception form is completed, notifying Lodeso of the issue. This
information is then immediately presented to Lodeso's customer for
corrective action.

If an item has concealed damage, when will this be discovered?

All products are inspected within 24 hours of receiving it at the
Lodeso delivery terminal. This inspection takes place before
contacting the end consumer to establish a delivery appointment.

Can orders be drop shipped from my vendor or my warehouse directly
to a Lodeso home delivery terminal?

Yes, using the Lodeso web site, you simply key in the 'deliver to'
zip code and Lodeso provides the address of the delivery terminal
to which your vendor or warehouse will ship the order eliminating the
need to wait for routing.

Do I know in advance what date my customer will be contacted
to schedule the delivery?

Yes, Lodeso provides an Upfront Delivery Plan for each of your
orders. This plan establishes three milestone dates. The first
is the scheduled ship date from your vendor or warehouse. The second
is the expected arrival date at our delivery terminal and the third
is the expected date Lodeso will be attempting to contact your
customer to establish a delivery date and time.

Can I track the status of my orders?

Yes, Lodeso provides the most robust home delivery order tracking system
available in the industry. Using LOGITRAX you will be able
to track the status of each order in the system. This
information will show you the scheduled milestone dates as
well as the actual dates each event was completed for each order.
In addition to order status, you will be able to change order
schedules and view detailed order information. Your vendors and
warehouse can have access to this information both to view and
update order status. You will be able to quickly see if orders
are late shipping from vendors, late arriving at the delivery
terminal, etc.
