To enhance communication and training both internally and externally, Lodeso created a new position of Communication and Training Manager, filled by Paula Van Langevelde.
This position includes training for customers and agents to use the Lodeso web site, customer and agent bulletins, as well as internal system training.

Lodeso became a Costco approved supplier for in home deliveries, which added to the diversity of possible Lodeso customers.

Lodeso hired Bill De Young as Repair Coordinator to handle repairs and claims.
Along with daily tasks, the coordinator will develop a network of repair companies to address touch ups and repairs either at the terminal or the end consumer’s home.
This position also supports the delivery terminal network with appropriate tools and supplies for touch up and repairs.

Continuing the Lodeso tradition of supporting local community outreach programs,
Lodeso sponsored a concert featuring the Christian group, Avalon, with all proceeds going to the Mission.
