Lodeso handles everything when you choose our premium service. This option goes far beyond the comprehensive, standard advantages, beginning with unpacking and inspection of the merchandise, before we contact the consumer to establish a delivery appointment. You may choose to have your item(s) assembled at the delivery terminal, the end-consumer’s address, or a combination of both. Instructions posted with each order enable efficient, accurate assembly by our skilled personnel. Once the product is on-site and assembled, it is set up and placed in the end-consumer’s room of choice. Finally, Lodeso collects all the packaging materials and removes them for proper recycling or disposal.
Inspection Process. With White Glove service, your merchandise is carefully inspected within 72 hours of arrival at the Lodeso delivery terminal. Any external signs of shipping damage are carefully noted before we begin inspection of the contents. You receive immediate notification of any issues we discover, along with our suggested resolution. Upon agreement, we proceed with the appropriate corrective action. Once this inspection process is complete, Lodeso contacts the end-consumer to schedule an appointment for delivery.
